I really appreciate for EasternLoan standing behind their products to help out their clients who are facing situations where they need funds to take care of better than traditional banks would declined your loan request right away due to multiple factors reasons that they don’t meet their expectations. For this company, I am very grateful for their great services for approving my loan request that I need to take care of my bills. Applied for a loan with Thunderloan... 2 days later Eastern Loans took $350 from my account. I don't even recall doing business with eastern loans, sketchy sneaky thieving sobs.
Frustrated- this loan company approved me quite quickly, considering my ID was expired and I had to replace it. I was told that I was approved and the etransfer had been sent, 3 hours ago. I still haven't received the etransfer. I called in, the agent I was speaking to confirmed that the etransfer had infact been sent, that there must be a glitch or error and to wait until the end of the day.... she didn't tell me what time the end of the day was, or what I was supposed to do if the end of the day comes and nothing is still sent to me? The reason I applied for a loan with them is because I am in the jam and need some extra money, asap. I have never had an etransfer take longer then 2 hours before. I really hope it arrives soon.
I'VE Borrowed 2 times and everything has gone smooth and received my funds when they said I would.... Thanks guys for being there when I needed emergency cash.....
This place is absolutely criminal!!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT go to them! They tell me I’m paying a $248 surety fee, it is not mentioned anywhere!!! I’ve read the contract 5 times. I asked support and they said they sent a surety package, but they actually didn’t! If you think I will pay this back you might want to smoke more drugs!
Whether this affects my application or not doesn't matter anymore. I applied yesterday at 6pm didn't get an answer. Messaged this morning March 14 202 and still bo answer called to get an update the lady was rude and didn't want to hear what I had to say. All she could say was it's being reviewed and you will get an email shortly well 2 hours later 3 emails later still bo response. Had my car break down need help and bo not sure what I'm gonna do. Will tell you this in one hour I will withdraw my application. People are coming to you for help this process don't help no one. Sad I was told they were good and would help I guess just not to me. So I called customer service again explained to the guy that I started my process yes at 6pm he told me I did it after they closed however I have an email stating my documents were received and a decision well be made shortly why lie clearly the processing office is closed on the weekends why not just say that.
Is this business on the better business bureau? want more info before i sign for something and want to make sure this is a legit company. also notice some mistakes in the contracts.
