This is the best store to find any kind of bag, handbag, luggage’s, backpacks, a lot of them and great brands. I haven’t seen a store to have so much articles for travelling as this store. The service is great. The ladies that are there to help are such a nice people. The owners are 2 ladies at my knowledge, and they do great job to find the best merchandise that is around. I like bags, and I know most of the brands. They have everything you need for travelling. Great job and keep it up.
This place is odd...they have high quality brands mixed in the same shelf or hook with cheap junk. You really have to dig through the shelves to find the good stuff.
It’s one stop for all your luggage needs indeed! There is a great selection of all kinds of bags, backpacks, suitcases, accessories, etc. We’ve been shopping here for years now and always happy with the results. The service is great as well - knowledgeable and courteous. And if, for any reason, something is wrong with the bag you’ve just purchased, it’ll be exchanged or returned either way no questions asked.
BUYER BEWARE!!! This company ships their parcels at lowest cost with no signature required, so if anything goes wrong (e.g. theft from porch etc.) "Christine" said they will not take any reponsibility for a non-receipt. In our case, we never got our $100 order despite the company claims it was delivered. They basically blamed us and will not refund or resend the missing order with a proper courier. Worst consumer experience ever. Avoid and go to a place that values their customers.
Amazing experience! The young Asian girl with glasses that helped me (sorry didn’t get name) was perfect. Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and gave me perfect options for a small anti-theft backpack for an upcoming trip. Very skilled in knowing when to be available as I shopped but otherwise leaving me to meander, such a rarity in retail service. I ended up getting a few other things that she helped me find. I hope she gets commission. Store has awesome selection of travel related stuff. I will definitely be back.

They wouldn’t exchange a bag my mother purchased. It’s not like she asked for a refund. They don’t know what customer service is. Overpriced and rude!!!!
