Great customer experience! I asked them to hold two languages to pick up the next day I did not expect they would grant my request knowing that these languages sells fast.
I met with Chloe at the Bloor store and she was extremely attentive, patient, polite and a pleasure to deal with. I would like to commend Chloe for her excellent customer service skills. Chloe did a great job in walking me through all the options available and had answers to all my questions. I cherish my Rimowa purchase even more because I had such a good experience with Chloe. Kudos to her for being so wonderful!
Evan at the Rimowa on Bloor street Toronto was amazing. After the airline broke a lock on my luggage I brought it in needing a quick repair before flying home. Not only was he able to accommodate that, but also aligned the frame of the suitcase. Definitely recommend.

I have be wanting to purchase a Rimowa for a long time. I specifically like the trunks, but might consider other options. I have yet to make my final choice. Experience at the store was fine. The sales associates were nice. Here is the only problem. Airlines are getting more and more selective with baggage weight, so I wanted to know how much stuff and how heavy 23kg (50lbs) or 32kg (70lbs) would fill the suitcase. The store had absolutely nothing that would constitute as ‘weight’.
I had an issue with a Rimowa purchase I made from another country and was referred to this location after returning home. Catherine had reached out to me over email and we promptly exchanged multiple emails within the same day and found a resolution. They were also able to accommodate that I was from Ottawa. Extremely happy with the level of service I received!
You only feel like a customer if your heading in for a New suitcase. Rimowa suitcases are Very over rated, parts easily broken, easily scratched, bend, gapped and dent... all after only a few uses. And they don't seem care enough to protect its brand name since when you heading in for fixed up they will tell you "it's normal" and it's Not Free Fix! Cost me about a hundred to fix the broken piece around my wheels. If you lucky enough to get one free fix they will tell you straight up next time won't be free... When I spent that much money brought a suitcase I expect it to last a life time worry free.. That's what I been told when I brought these suitcases Lifetime Warranty lol not just 2 years not just after 2022.... I have one original one classic, both got from Paris department store! Original got broken parts after second use, paint on the handle peels too looks like a fake/cheap suitcase you could buy for less than a hundred... Very disappointed even feel like scams lots of time when I thought about this...
