Top notch customer support. Had some minor issues with our printer initially in the early stage of its launch but the account manager and the tech support team were responsive and transparent, focused on problem solving. The monthly newsletter style technical notes / updates are also great. My team is happy with the performance of the Element HT so far.
Super customer service. Reply was a couple of days, but it was the weekend. part shipped free even out of warranty (and I offered to pay). Part shipped fast!
I wanted to share a very positive experience with Mosaic, Mosaic Support, and specifically Jonny. I purchased a second hand palette 3, when received it was not splicing properly, and had a really odd fail point that did not always replicate in the same way. I worked through a number of the general knowledge base articles (reset, start from scratch setup etc.) Then into the help docs and forums. Once I exhausted the self help options decided to reach out to Mosaic support to see about replacement parts or any help that might resolve. When I contacted mosaic I made clear I bought the palette second hand and was not their original customer. That didnt matter one bit, Mosaic acted and treated me as though I bought the machine new from them! Jonny responded frequently and in reasonable time frames. Responses were not the typical "try this" often received via other support system/companies etc. Jonny would provide the suspicions of causes, methods for me to (fix/steps) KB articles were secondary as reference and not the main support. Lastly, in most support instances I have seen other teams ghost when the troubleshooting or issue drags on for an extended period, not the case with Jonny. We worked together via email for an extended period of time and Mosaic never disappeared or started to infer anything along the ways of making an exit, only working to a solution. In the end we were able to find a more than adequate solution. There are multi color AMS and printers, looking out to potential future purchases for color printing options, based on the use of my current unit and more so the support experience, Mosaic will most certainly be on my list.
I was given one of their older models from a friend. The unit needed a bit of TLC and a few replacement parts. Their support team was stellar... especially considering the age of the product! Assuming I find good uses for multi-filament printing, I'll definitely be buying their newest model.
Mosaic Palette 3Pro is an amazing machine it can take time to set it up, from 30min to a year(I had issues with my printer at the same time) But the support is amazing they are quick to respond and if something breaks they ship out fast at a great price.
Mosaic stands behind their product like no other company. My machine a Palette 2S was bought when they first came out. If I have problems (most were self inflicted) they always have solutions. If parts are worn they often replace them. This is a company that really tries to work the customers.
