Very mediocre massage and cupping service. ALSO FORCES YOU to tip more! I refused and they immediately gave me attitude and said that it is industry standard to tip at least 20, which it is NOT! Zero stars. DONT GO! And to add that since they have the nerve to reply. I have been to over 5 massage places in YYZ and no massage place has pressured me for a bigger tip. There is no industry standard that I have to tip $20 or more. I am allowed to tip at my discretion and that is my prerogative as a paying customer. When I said if you pressure me then I won’t return, the male masseuce jumped out and asserted that it doesn’t matter if I return or not, because I was at fault for giving a humble tip. Again, the service was mediocre and lazy, and mostly the immediate turn in attitude and audacity makes me stand by what I said don’t GO HERE NOT WORTH IT. Ils vous poussent à donner plus de pourboires, n'y allez pas! 彼らはあなたにもっとチップを強制するので、行かないでください! 這家會逼你給小費，在多倫多去過至少五家，甚至不給小費其他按摩店都不會說一句話，這邊還態度大變還說是什麼規矩就是這樣，拜託人家對面的按摩店去過的就沒有你這樣子做生意的，還不給小費就給顧客難堪直接說你以後來不來都沒關係，什麼都是這樣。難怪生意差！自己不專業還罵客人。就等著各平台被投訴吧！
They refused to take a bank card or visa (cash only). at the end of service .They actually walked me over to the next door restaurant to pull out cash from the atm (had to pay atm fee) then walked me back and demanded 15% or higher tip! (Not optional!!!) So basically, they didn't want to pay taxes (wanted cash only), and forced me to withdraw money at my expense, go for a little walk, and made up a new law that tipping was mandatory and got yelled at for this service. I tried to tell them tipping was not mandatory and that got me no where. I gave a $10 tip (I felt forced) was told that wasn't enough. I was done with their games and just left. I will never return. Learn the Canadian laws ans stop harassing your customers. It doesn't make us return for repeat business. Use your heads more. That was a dumb move. They have no appreciation for customers. They only see you as a bank machine and will treat you like garbage demanding money.

I tell you my experience at least if you are reading this review maybe it helps you to choose wisely and if you decide to come to this place make everything super clear with them because they easily fool you. They are playing with the price. It was my first time and I asked the girl about the pakaj 90 minutes which was $75 . We started at 6:10 and 5 minutes soak our feet and 15 minutes was for the massage then we changed the room at 6:30, they started at 6:35 at 7:15 they said it's done which means total 60 minutes .when I asked how come she said 15 minutes it's just foot soaking and she barely speak English Which means they steal 30 minutes. Also you have to pay a tip the amount they ask not what you want. About the quality of the massage The foot massage was quite good. ❌But body massage not good at all. Looks like somebody they don't know what massage means they are not professional at body massage. I think even this business doesn't give a proper salary to their workers. ❌For 2 person 20 minutes foot massage (5 minutes soak in water+15 minutes massage) And 40 minutes body massage ⛔In total for 1 hour they charged us $190 Does not worth the service they provide ??????????
Cindy is very good service and she is Professional massage techniques and skilled masseuses will do a special cervical spine and shoulder massage once a week, which reduces the pain of my occupational diseases! Thanks
Decent price. Kind energy. Had to communicate instruction to avoid massaging the bones as it’s painful. Was willing to accept the experience as decent until the masseuse demanded MORE tip after already leaving 15% which I believe is quite generous. Etiquette lesson: Tip is optional and need not be demanded under any circumstance, period.
I can’t begin to explain how much I look forward coming for foot reflexology after a long day standing at work. I’ve been coming here for months now; the service is amazing, the massages are top tier, and they genuinely care about their customers. Definitely would recommend visiting!!
Ask for $15 more after the service without clearly noticing us before the treatment. （利用信息差没提前通知的额外收费） And the owner ask for more tips even if we give 10% already, and have to give a 25% tips so they are satisdied...but the service is below the average... （强制要高于服务水平的小费,尴尬） Clean place though, but I think there are more choices on this street. 屋子干净， 但不会再去。
