I came here with my partner for a foot massage, and while there were a few positives, we both left quite disappointed. There was a mix-up with the services, though they did accommodate a time change, which I appreciated. The chairs were decently comfortable, but the room we were in had walls with chipped paint, visible water damage, and a ceiling that could use some maintenance. The older masseuse who started my treatment gave me scalding hot water for my foot soak, left twice during the massage with the door open, and then switched me to another masseuse mid-session. As an esthetician who provides massage services myself and having experienced great foot massages in Thailand, I found this one underwhelming. The pressure was light even after asking for more, and the technique felt out of sync. To make things worse, they used tissues to wipe off the excess lotion — the same one for both legs — which was already soaked from the first, feeling rough and unhygienic. My partner and I shared similar experiences overall, and while he managed to relax, for $200, I don’t think the quality or professionalism matched the price.
My partner and I had our first experience with foot reflexology and a Thai massage here, and it was truly unique. Neither of us knew exactly what to expect, but our masseuses were experienced — they knew exactly how to work out the tension and target pressure points effectively. The foot reflexology was surprisingly relaxing, and the Thai massage left us both feeling refreshed, rebalanced, and much looser. We walked out of there feeling fantastic. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for something both therapeutic and a bit different from your usual massage!
Absolutely appalled by this massage centre. While I was lying under the sheet with no cloths on, the man who sits at the front desk opened the door and was talking to the massuese. It was a white woman giving a THAI massage!! She didn't even lock the room unless I told her to!!! Absolutely sickened by their approach and I wanted to leave right then and there as I was feeling unsafe. They don't have any Thai massage therapist. I do not recommend it and will seek to complain about their violating human dignity to authority. I feel it could have been worse if I wasn't paying attention to whoever was opening the door. You should not provide massages to women when you can't respect their privacy.
It has been extremely difficult to book and communicate with your staff. When we asked if you had immediate availability, we were told “ok.” However, upon arrival, we were asked to wait an additional 40 minutes. When we raised our concern about this, instead of addressing the issue, we were met with dismissive remarks such as, “Have you guys ever been here?” I fail to see how that is relevant to the situation. This response felt unprofessional and only added to our frustration.
Had an amazing Thai massage with Ria, very professional and respectful, she stretched my back pain away! The place was very clean and calming, clothes smelled fresh!
I had a great 240 minutes massage with the amazing John. He’s very kind, caring, and intuitive. He knows exactly where/how to work on with good pressure. I’m impressed of how talented this young man is. I will be coming back. 谢谢 ??? see you soon !
Misleading Photos & Disappointing Experience - Not Recommended! I'm definitely not coming back. I went to this place a couple of months ago. I chose this massage parlor based on glowing reviews and stunning photos that portrayed a spacious, luxurious facility. Sadly, reality couldn't be further from the truth. The actual venue is cramped, dimly lit, and shockingly unkempt. The restroom smelled unpleasant, and the treatment rooms felt utterly generic - no music, no aromatherapy, not even a glass of water offered by the receptionist. While the massage itself was okay (though none of the therapists were Thai as one might expect), the environment ruined any chance of relaxation. Dirty floors and neglected corners suggested zero maintenance. How can a "premium" establishment charge such exorbitant prices while operating like a failing business? I've visited many modestly-sized massage stores that maintain impeccable cleanliness and professionalism - this place uses deceptive marketing to justify outrageous fees. The photos are pure fiction; save your money elsewhere. The Therapist was not excellent, but not too bad. I won't blame the therapist. But the store is fake advertising and unprofessional for sure!
