Charles is great. He is my go-to because of his attentiveness, time allocation and range of techniques. I particularly like that depending on your goal, he allocate the time well for relevant areas. Every session, He always briefly examines your overall body and take just right enough time to warm up/ relax the muscles. When some areas are tight, he does right number of reps to achieve the overall goal instead of overcompensating the entire session. He performs variety of techniques to target the small area differently while having a full control of the right amount of pressure. I can’t recommend him enough!
Highly recommended for sciatic pain relief. Charles is very kind, understanding, gentle therapist. He has a special skill in pinpointing the exact location of pain. He manages, with patience, applying pressure to specific points soothing away the everlasting pain. The premises are bright, clean and tidy with classical relaxing music in the background for an enjoyable theraputic session. All in all, full thumbs up.
Charles is just simply THE BEST. I’m super picky about massage and usually found the deep tissue not “deep” enough. However, Charles used his unique skills with solid pressure solved all my back and leg pains. Now I’m a regular.
I was experiencing numbness in my upper leg and my TCM doctor suggested a deep tissue massage prior to resorting to more invasive (and painful) methods. I visitied Charles for one session and he worked to release the tension. Within two days, full feeling returned to my leg and i no longer needed further treatments.
