I came in to see Susierra with a persistent and nagging shoulder (Deltoid) problem. Painful with certain movements. Susierra clearly has a healing touch. Her techniques, gentle yet penetrating. She found and untangled knots that I did not know I had. The relief was palatable and continues to last. I certainly will be back for another magical treatment. Wayne

I was referred to this place and Su long ago but was already going to another place. My other place closed so i thought i would give this place a shot. Very happy i did. Su was very experienced, and took the time to understand and find the issues i was having. By the end of my first experience here, she has a better focus on my issues and how to tackle them going forward. My issues will take a few visits no doubt, and i cant wait to get back to it next appointment. They were great at trying their best to accommodate me as soon as possible, which i really needed attention right away. Great Massage beds there. Su is a wonderful RMT and very helpful. I've been going to Advanced Approaches to Massage for over a year and my wife has been going to the centre for longer. Su and her staff are courteous and keen on having a relaxing environment. She's very attentive and will of course address the trouble spots you might mention but with her knowledge of physiology she'll also address the other supporting muscles that may be contributing - it certainly makes a more effective use of your session. She's a wealth of information and happy shares tips on how you can take care of yourself at home/between sessions. Would very highly recommend Advanced Approaches to Massage.
