Nurse 'Lita' has super attitude and no manners. She is forgetting that she is going to be in 'patient' shoes soon as she is around the corner of old age.
Awesome location for all the tests and blood work. I don't like blood tests and needles but the experience was seamless and staff was wonderful. Ofelia made all the difference - I didn't even feel the needle. Can expect a bit of a wait but the line moves very quickly so it doesn't feel long at all. Definitely recommend, this location deserves a much higher rating.
Just came from blood work. Hirut , was my technician. She was replaced by other technician because other could not find my vain. So pleased with Hirut's work.
Rude older Filipino lady took my blood. She jabbed me with the needle like it was an epipen. She took the pill bottle that I had been squeezing in my hand and threw/slammed it down into the basket on the counter. I asked if she was ok and she ignored me. This place has low reviews for a reason people.
Arrived 30 minutes after opening for blood work. The room was packed, the staff acknowledged me while processing some paperwork. Informed me upfront regarding approximate wait time and an additional cost not covered. This place is constantly pack. Herds of people constantly coming in, I was monitoring the apps check-in wait time which doesn't reflect the waiting room wait time. Which can lead to potential confusion regarding patients using the app check-in wait time expectations and actual wait time expectations. During my wait, I watch the staffs helping an elderly patient with their missing jacket, language barrier, and moving to the next patient with efficiency. This location appears to be super busy, and the company could consider the staffs well being and have more resources for them to utilize. Seeing the mass amount of patients waiting and a line of people checking in is just overwhelming. I appreciate the staffs patience and kindness.
The wait at this lab is insane..waited up to 2hrs for my turn. Then when it was my turn the nurse was unable to draw blood from one arm so she did the next one. She warned me of getting bruising from the arm she tried but I ended up bruising really bad on both. I’m only giving 2 starts because aside from the bruising she was kind when I got sick as she was drawing blood. I suggest visiting life lab which was initially my first choice..
Got my food sensitivity test done here. Ms Ophelia was nice and I want to thank Ms. Rosemarie for her job well done in taking my blood test. They’re all so nice. :) I went in at 11am-ish and left at 11:22am. It was a quick procedure as I did the online check in an hour before coming to the clinic.
