Emmy’s behaviour fell far below the standard expected at LifeLabs. This experience warrants serious attention, and I will be reflecting this in my detailed formal feedback.
I am not good at giving blood. I told Vangie this and she proceeded to make me very comfortable laying down and talked with me throughout the whole process making it a much easier experience.
I was there to do my blood work and I am very sensitive with Needles. I asked for Hodan Sadik to do it for me, a very kind, compassionate and professional lady she was amazing and I did not even feel the needle. Thank you so much Hodan for your excellent service.
I visited a LifeLabs location early on a Friday morning (around 7:15 AM) without a scheduled appointment. It was definitely a busy place! Despite the high volume of people, the entire process—from check-in to test completion— took about 1.5 hours, which is quite reasonable for a morning walk-in. The biggest highlight was the friendly and professional staff. They handled the constant rush with great efficiency and politeness. Excellent customer service even when the waiting room was full.
It was an awful experience. The staff were constantly arguing and very rude. If you’re closing early then post a bigger sign. Also if staff are going to be getting into arguments then take it to the back of the office.
I made an appointment online and was seen fairly quickly, even though it was busy at the time. I mentioned to Vangie that I get a little nervous with blood draws and she made me feel so at ease. I barely felt the poke and she chatted with me to distract me the entire time until she was done. Would definitely go back to see her for future blood draws.
Vangie was one of the best technician I have come across in all my lifelab visit I have had. She was so polite and friendly. Even the piercing for blood was not painful one bit. She deserves a raise I would love to comeback and get my future test done from her. Thank you Vangie
