The clinic is super clean, especially the washroom for collecting urinalysis. Tessie did an amazing job drawing my blood—smooth and painless, and she made sure I stayed calm the whole time The lady at the front desk was also super helpful and welcoming. I did my gestational diabetes test and Alex took her time with me. I’ve had experiences at locations where I was just treated and sent on my way. With Alex, I definitely felt comfortable, we had small talk and she checked in on me when I returned for the 2nd time. I am pleased with this location, the service and the hospitality. Thank you to the staff for your kindness.
I had a bad experience here. The staff called me by the wrong name and were very rude. The staff even told me to take off my headphones, but I was wearing them, I just wasn't listening to anything at the time.
I have visited Dynacare twice now, and both times I felt very pleased about my experience. I am not usually comfortable with getting blood work done, as in the past I have fainted immediately after, but Alex and Tessie were extremely understanding with my concerns. They were very personable during the procedure, and were careful throughout the process. Overall, I would highly recommend this Dynacare lab clinic, as the staff were wonderful to work with. This place has fast, efficient and excellent customer service. I never have to wait forever to be serviced. Furthermore, they’ve updated this location so it looks quite modern. The lab area is medium size, which serves its purpose just fine. Everything appears to be sanitary and I don’t see them cutting corners. ( Better believe my eyes are wide open looking at everything). Today I was doing some bloodwork and my vein was hard to find, but the staff was so patient and careful, especially when I made it known I was a chicken. ( I’m usually scared of needles, but today’s bloodwork was easy peasy for me. Thanks to the great staff there. They are always friendly and that’s why I keep coming back. I would have given them a 5 star but I had to go to washroom outside the office down the hall. That’s the drawback for me as I prefer ensuite facilities. Overall? I highly recommend this lab. If you drive, there’s a parking lot out back but you don’t want to risk not paying cause the ticket is $45! Do pay $3 for 90 minutes
I’ve always been scared of doing bloodwork as an adult, but Tessie made the experience so much better! She made sure I felt comfortable and reassured me that everything would be okay. Plus, she was super fun, which really helped calm my nerves. Highly recommend her if you’re feeling anxious about medical procedures!
Just got back from visiting this location. Tessie was fantastic and put my nerves at ease. But everyone there was calm patient and kind with each customer. Location was clean, and no wait time! Definitely a great choice for bloodwork!
