If you're looking for a very professional, compassionate and caring doctor, Dr. Alisha Razack is an excellent choice! She's been my family physician for over a decade and I can't say enough great things about her. She's always listens to my concerns and makes sure to take the appropriate measure to deal with whatever I'm dealing with. I'm fairly physically healthy, but struggle with mental health, and she's been phenomenal! :D

My experience is from 2020 - but IMPORTANT ALL THE SAME I see that my review was removed, which is so convenient for her and her practice. I was diagnosed as having venous insufficiency in my legs without any form of testing (no bloodwork, no ultrasound). I fell 7 times and requested an appointment, I was told to wrap my ankle. I had something that felt like part of my abdomen/stomach was being twisted (it was an MS hug) and I was told I pulled a muscle. Because I thought I had venous insufficiency I never considered all of my other symptoms to be serious. Well I ended up falling again and I got a second opinion. I have Multiple Sclerosis - RRMS. You stole almost a year of my life Dr. Razack. You could have gotten me an ultrasound which would have proven I didn't have venous insufficiency you could have had me get an xray which would have shown I had bon spurs from falling - but you would have seen none of that is normal. You could have shipped me off to another Dr via consult with a Neurologist. But you did nothing, you diagnosed with without any tests. I could have started treatment sooner if had you had have cared.
The best family doctor I've ever had. Great doctor and great staff. Very approachable. Her listening skill and her compassion for her patients is out of this world. Always smiling and welcoming you. What more could u ask for? I go in sick and come out healed! The prescription/med is just for an added measure.? Thank you so much!
Dr. Razack is one of the best family physician's I have had. She is very professional, kind, compassionate, patient & very much up to date on the best evidence to help guide decision making. She takes time to listen to any concerns in spite of what I imagine is a huge caseload and she addresses each concern. She always has respectful, diligent admin staff too. I feel very lucky to have her as a family physician and wish that there were more out there like her.
