It is such a great health center and I love my family doctor and all the support that is offered there. If you need to call the secretaries, however, they rarely pick up. This has been a recent problem in the past year or so. Not sure why it’s so hard to get through. We have even left messages to return our call and no one calls us back. Just thought you guys should know of situation.

The medical secretary is giving misleading information about vaccine walk-ins. I was told both on the phone and in person that walk-ins aren’t accepted, yet they actually are. Please ensure accurate info is provided — patients rely on you for correct guidance. Maybe you should check who are you hiring .

I have dealt with several staff and volunteers. Dr Larissa Eibische office is here I can't say enough about this place alot of people including myself would be at a loss without their help. Some of us have more struggles in life then others and Sherborne Health Centre and staff makes these struggles so much easier. Thank you for everything since 2018.

I organized a camp and invited an Indian employee to three days free camp . She told me to come to Sherborne health to thank me for my hospitality , suddenly I discovered that she wrote my name as a patient and she reported me creasy . This place is a scam , Be careful of their employees . They don’t have clients and they write fake names as clients .

Disappointing experience. I visited the clinic twice specifically for their 'Foot Care Clinic' service, but both times the treatment was denied without clear justification. When I inquired about scheduling an appointment for the following week, I was informed that they do not treat warts—even though wart treatment is clearly listed as one of their services on the website. This was quite frustrating.

Practically had to argue for an appointment! Front desk not medically trained questioned why I wanted a doctors appointment as if I needed to qualify to get one. This is my family doctor by the way! Then after fighting for an appointment they call me back the next day to cancel it!

(edit) Sherboune health center also knows that I have some major learning disabilities, I've tried the feed back forums with staff and that has gone nowhere, I've even gone to a focus group on my birthday back in 2022 when cmha was a part of it, but yet technology, self check-ins, and banning clients just because they're trying to express how they feel are what I'm seeing instead of actually helping clients and staff feeling more safe and heard Major warning, if you're indigenous or need CBT therapy, double think of coming here, the managers of sherboune health center thinks it's ok to not help a mental health counselor and their patient to have someone's else's help due to paperwork and odsp issues, tablets and self check-ins are more important then indigenous 2-spirit people not getting proper help (even though they advertise as a safe space for lgbtq2s clients) and the management will use your words against you if you're to upset, way 2 frustrated, and especially if your are or possibly on the spectrum, Been going there for 18 years, their policies means more then our mental health or physical health let alone not being discriminated just because they think their policies rules all, The respect, the community, everything like that hasn't been there properly at all from management for at least 6 years, and honestly, it's really sad and disgusting
