Dr Skeldon took me on as patient when it is so hard to get a family doctor esepcially living abroad. The care she gave me with and without attending appointments was incredible. She followed up on her own time and was geuinely concerned which was very geuine. Amazing GP. Thank you
In my experience - have always been seen very quickly - if urgent I go in the morning and wait to be seen same day. Dr So is so kind and helpful - highly recommend this place!
Doctors are amazing but woman at desk are absolutely horrible!. They never pick up the phone, sometimes I had to call around 40 times to them pick up. They rude and should be changed. They don’t communicate with doctors what find that strange. I think doctors should know the truth and get rid of them.
Came in complaining about high fever, chest pain, muscle weakness shortness of breath and nausea, the doctor just told me "oh its a virus just take Advil and Tylenol every 4 hours alternating" while not having performed any oral examination nor was a statoscope used, the time I spent with the doctor was around 60 seconds maximum. Next day I felt much worse and my fever rose from 38.8 to 39.6 so I had to go to the Saint Michaels ER, after the blood work and xrays were done I got diagnosed with pneumonia. While the doctor at this clinic was completely negligent, good thing I was advised to get a second opinion by my family members otherwise the condition could have gotten alot worse.
