Please never get your citizenship photos (i don’t know about other important photographs needed but certainly not citizenship) from here!! They took a blur photo of me and luckily my lawyer advised me not to upload it for my citizenship application.

Absolutely don’t go here. Went there to get biometric photos to renew my passport after losing it. First she made a weird face as if saying “what’s that?” when I said I need a photo for a Turkish passport. I couldn’t convince her what the dimensions of the required photo should be, despite my trying to show the email with the information from the general consulate. She huffed and puffed all through the interaction, and rolled her eyes because I wanted to see the photo she took. How dare I want to see how the photo on my passport will look?! From the first moment, her whole attitude was as if I was imposing on her by being there, like I wasn’t there paying for a service. This whole interaction was utterly annoying and for no reason. Save yourself the trouble of this unpleasant interaction and literally go anywhere else.
Here you can get the ugliest version of yourself as you will be photographed as horribly as possible. I distracted the seller from lunch, so she was extremely unhappy, was in a hurry and ended up taking a terrible photo of me. By the way, they require payment before the service is provided. they can't even hang a mirror so that the client can at least look at himself before taking photographs. I thought I am ugly, but in Walmart I take normal photo!
The staff was extremely unprofessional and picture was blurry. Funny thing is the lady insisted it was fine. not sure I can use it and don’t want to risk it, will take another one somewhere else.
The pictures were not good and the staff was not helpful. The backdrop they use is transparent and unprofessional. I would recommend you going somewhere else to get your passport photos. Their price is the same as everyone else. I went to staples for the same price and better quality.
They are the worst- highly unprofessional. They ask for the same charges to email us the pictures after we have paid for the printed version. it is inside a convenience store and there is no studio. I would give them 0 star if possible. never ever go there! Re: Wow! what a professional service, pulling up a curtain in the middle of a convenience store and without a professional lighting. I am sorry you talking about the industry standard I don't agree as I have previously received the soft copies at no cost!
