Had to get my passport photos redone in a hurry as they were rejected during my application. The woman here was so sweet and cute. She magically knew I was there for photos and asked what the issue was, even knew exactly where I had gotten them done. Please, please, please go here as your no. 1 choice. She was so lovely and kept fixing my hair for me. She let me see the picture she took and even let me make adjustments. I never take a good ID photo and was in a rush but even still, she was great. $25 to get photos done properly is well worth the value. Oh and in reading others’ review, she also blotted my face to reduce glare. What a gem! (PS $1 fee on credit cards)
Service and quality were amazing. I was in at 8am and out by 8:05am and I wasn't even first in line. They took one photo and wiped my face to reduce glare. The second picture was perfectly accepted by the passport office. They even helped the patron in front of me print their travel details to ensure a smooth renewal process. Price is also very reasonable as it is cheaper than other big box retailers. I would highly recommend and will definitely go back for all my passport photo needs.
Passport photo done without any issues. The guy (presumably owner of the shop) was friendly and professional and understood the exact passport photo requirements and whether or not a certain photo would be accepted. Quick and efficient!
If you want your passport photos done right then this is the only place to go! The man that takes the photos is very friendly and excellent behind the camera. They even have blotting paper in case your face is shiny. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
Perfect passport photos! Fast and good price. I had to get my picture re-taken here after the passport office next door rejected my photos from another place. In and out in five minutes. Definitely worth taking pictures here if you’re applying at the passport office next door. If there are any issues with them, it’s easy to go back.
The lady who works there is nice and friendly but absolutely disorganized. Another customer present when I visited was taking excessive time and disrespectful of other customers but the owner/manager did not help out with logic. Also the photos cost 20$+tax for 2 pictures and if you want the digital copy it is extra 15$, extremely pricey. She is also HIGHLY unaware of requirements for photographs and was asking customers to smile and clicked my picture in wrong specs and I had to get it redone at an extra charge. She took a lot of time to click picture (mostly due to the other inconsiderate customer) and the photo printed is of poor quality and does not match complexion. Friendly, yes. Professional, most definitely not.
Loved the convenient location (next to the passport office) and speed of service. The woman running it was so friendly and helpful, even with a busy stream of customers coming and going. Nice touch having a little prep corner where you can fix your hair and hang up your coat before the photo.
