Photo quality is not good and they are not professional. They don’t except their fault. Some of my passport photos. They didn’t even stamp and dated which is a must for Canadian passport. Basic knowledge they don’t have.
I had a great experience. Gentleman showed me my picture before printing. I asked to retake and he was very nice about it. I’m happy with end result. They also had a large mirror handy which was unexpectedly nice!
I can’t stop laughing at my photos because they are so bad. There is too much redness in the photo quality. Also the sales person doesn’t show you the photos they just print them and ask you to pay. When you ask to see the photos it’s too late because they already printed them. I’ll be going somewhere else.
Embarrassing. I was told something is wrong with my face because it reflects too much shine so I have to wipe off whatever is on it. Got my photo taken at another place in 2 mins. Apparently everything was fine with my face LOL
