Went in looking for a warm, spicy,winter scent and was impressed by Cecelia's knowledge right from the start. I found a the perfect one but wanted to try it on my skin and see how it settles on my skin (its a 400$ bottle wanted to be sure with that commitment) and was offered a tester, amazing. Might I ad no judgements or being snubbed because I wasn't buying it right away. Went back a few weeks later and purchased it with Cecelia. Not dissappointed at all with my experience from start to end! They even offered the bottle to be engraved on site and was given testers and mini candle with purchase !
Diptyque Sherway Gardens is a relaxing sanctuary in a bustling mall. The employees are exceptional in their kindness and professionalism. Especially Phil, and the Asian ladies. Equally as important; they know their fragrances. I can check out all the fragrances at my own pace and without being pestered, yet the employees are on standby for any inquiries. The aesthetics of the store are on point as well. P.s If you live in a household that uses a lot of spices to cook food, give "L'Autre edt" a smell ;)
Cecelia was really sweet, she made sure we pick the right one , so it was quite a nice experience. Not like other stores that rushes you to buy. She made our experience worth coming back . Cant wait to come back and buy body oil

I've been a longtime fan of Diptyque and was excited to visit all the Toronto locations. Based on my great experiences at both the Yorkdale and Yorkville stores, I was looking forward to another positive visit. When I arrived, I was warmly acknowledged by one of the staff members, Rachel, though she was currently assisting another guest. Unfortunately, another associate name appeared to be Regina did not offer any assistance during my visit, which was rather disappointing. I understand that everyone has off days or may be dealing with something, but even a small gesture of acknowledgment can make a big difference.
Update: visited this store again!! Nathan is absolutely amazing ?? he’s super nice and friendly. Super knowledgeable too! Definitely coming by everytime I come to Sherway garden. This place is amazinggggg my friend and I were absolutely mind blown by the incredible scents they have. The staff was super nice and explained everything. Such a wonderful experience ?↕️?↕️?↕️?↕️
