Do not go for a phone repair. Would give zero stars if possible. Had the glass back of my phone fixed here and he replaced it with Temu plastic and charged me $100. Broke the next day. I went back to tell him and he blamed my case. I had the case 3 years without an issue and it took a lot of effort to break it the first time. Literally tapped it on the floor and it snapped. Didn’t even need to get it repaired I just thought it was an alright deal and now it’s so broken that I have to go get it repaired again. Total rip off, fake customer service, literal theft.
My friend had her phone repaired here(Back replaced). She was charged 100$, the guy used a very cheap brittle piece of plastic as a replacement, it broke the next morning. Obviously negligent and low quality repair work. The shop owner was not helpful or understanding of this issue when she complained. Do not recommend this place for electronics repairs.
Amazing service! The owner is so friendly and attentive. They have a pretty good collection of designer and Arabian perfumes - they actually had a discontinued perfume in their stock that I was searching forever for and was well priced, so I'm very happy with my purchase. Definitely will be visiting again!
Tried calling them inquiring about the perfume. I asked a man from the store if he has the orto parisi perfumes and he said “I am not interested” and afterwards he dropped the call. This is not a good customer service and I WONT RECOMMEND this store with AN UNPLEASANT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I work in the area. Broke my phone at work. I was not charged fairly. I have an iphone XS. The cost of screen repair and a screen protector costed me $175. Due to me working consecutive night shifts as a nurse. I finally realized. My phone screen is fixed BUT when i text it makes glitches and typos. I WAS BETTER OFF with a broken screen. I need to get ANOTHER repair. I tried calling and no one is picking up. Not only do other coworkers agree I was over charged. It was poorly fixed. I showed up on my break in scrubs to get this fixed desperately. Do NOT GO HERE. You will be RIPPED OFF AND HAVE A POOR FIX. My overall advice is go elsewhere. I was too tired and desperate to realise i was bamboozled.
Shah is absolutely great with customer service skills he knows his stuff, and have great perfumes all your favourites trust me. Drop in his store, he’s always pleasant.
Shady business. Got a fire perfume recommendation (versace blue jeans), and for a "hugely discounted" price of $49.99 for an already opened bottle, only to find out the Rexall 10 minutes away sells new bottles for $29.99. He could've asked for me to tip $20 and I could've given him it for how much I liked the recommendation, but the fact I was lied to means I will have to give this place 2 stars instead of 5. I'm too drained to go back and argue/return my perfume now but here's my review.
