Today i went back to Niche Essence,The last time the service was great. The time they took to make us satisfied with our purchase but today, they took it to the next level.All the staff was involved in making me very happy and satisfied with my purchase today for my wife.I highly recommend Niche Essence.
I had an amazing experience. The staff were extremely helpful and they remembered the fragrances that I tried and after purchasing a fragrance they gave me samples of the ones that I tried earlier without telling them. I will definitely come back.
I’ve visited this fragrance store many times, and every experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The staff is always professional, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do. There is one gentleman in particular — tall, athletic, with black hair — whose name I unfortunately don’t know, but he consistently stands out. He is incredibly stylish, knowledgeable, and truly an expert in his field. The store’s fragrance collection is impressively curated and very complete, offering a wide range of niche scents. In my opinion, the level of service they provide is unmatched. This is easily one of the best fragrance shopping experiences you can find.
I’m very disappointed to see so many reviews from fellow Asians who have experienced the same kind of discrimination I faced here. The staff at this store are truly racist. It is completely normal to test a fragrance before purchasing it, and I visited the store a couple of times for that reason. Yet every time, the staff gave me extremely unpleasant looks and seemed eager to rush me out. I will be filing a complaint with the head office soon.

I went to this store today and couldn't be any happier with their customer service. The owner and salespeople were very knowledgeable and patient. They tried their best to find the perfume that I was looking for. I'm a picky person when it comes to buying perfumes, and the owner and other salespeople patiently spent lots of time to ensure I'm satisfied with my purchase. Such a lovely place to smell like a million bucks...their customer service a top top notch,even tho i was smelling the colognes to get the right smell,the lady had time and Patience for me thru out...i will be buying more from them..love everything about the store...i give it 9/10...
