Mitch and Raisa have been catsitting my cat Ollie for almost 10 years now, and they are fantastic! They nail the basics but they also go above and beyond by bringing new toys (and old favourites) for Ollie to play with and giving him lots of attention while I’m away. I’m so glad I found them and know that Ollie’s being well cared for when I’m away!

This is the 3rd time we’ve used Cat’s Pyjamas & we honestly can’t say enough good things about them. Our cats are always happy & healthy when we return & we really enjoy the daily updates & pictures along with the humorous messages about what they’ve been up to. I can’t tell you how comforting it is to know that our girls are in great hands when we’re away. As a result, I never worry & our vacation becomes that much more relaxing. Raisa & Mitch are extremely diligent & organized. They really care & it shows!
Raisa took care of our cat recently for over three weeks. She has a really good understanding of feline needs, and is reliable, responsible, organized and caring. Our cat loved her from the start. Raisa's daily updates/photos put our minds at ease and brought a smile to my face when I read them. I highly recommend Raisa and will use her services again most certainly.
Raisa did a fabulous job looking after our furbabies (all 4 of them!) so it was nice having a stress free vacation. Our first meeting she made careful notes on our cats' personalities and their special needs, ie, how one likes drinking out of the tap, how all of them likes to hang out on the balcony, etc.. She kept us up to date with details on how our cats were doing through emails and photos everyday and frankly I think they got spoiled. I highly recommend Cat's PJs and would use them again.
Raisa provides a very important service. From the initial meet and greet, to caring for my fur babies, Raisa has been a pleasure to deal with. She is professional and I believe has only the best interests of the animals at heart!! The regular updates and pictures so helps me as I do miss them terribly when I'm away! So very thankful that I have Raisa!!?? one of my kittens, Twinkle, had no human contact in her first 6 weeks and was left abandoned and rescued....I call Raisa the Cat Whisperer because Twinkle has responded to Raisa in such a wonderful way!!
Raisa and Mitch are an awesome duo, they have taken care of our one year old Frenchie since he was four months old. They are not only reliable and trustworthy, but they also have a great sense of humour. Their love of pets is obvious through their gentle custom approach to each pets individual needs. Raisa really goes above and beyond by providing pictures with each visit and updates about your pet. She's great at answering any questions or addressing any concerns you might have about your pet. Coming from a dog owner who has a pet with tummy issues, Raisa really helped calm my concerns about how he was feeling. Cats pyjamas is awesome and I would highly recommend them!
