The place is nice and clean. Owner George and jenny are nice. I just wish they will educate the staff that looking after the dogs. My furbaby cannot wait to get out of the place, and she was very thirsty when she got home i dont think they have bowl of water for the dogs..its nice that they have backyard but hopefully they’ll spend more than 10 mins in the backyard. And hopefully staff will play with them even just throwing the ball or something..its nice that they have camera that we can watch them.. and see what the staff and dogs are doing.. staff always on headphones and cell phone and or desktop not doing anything with the dogs. Dogs here are bored.
Staffs are really cared about the pets. Pets are treated like younger family members. I would highly recommend Yu Pet Hotel for short term care of pets when you are not available to take care of them.
I brought my dogs here 3 times so far and the staff are always friendly and caring. They send updates and videos of my dogs as well as give me access to their cameras so I can check on my dogs anytime! I’m so happy to have found a good dog hotel for my dogs so we can go on vacation and not have to worry about them.
Please stay away. Staffs are poorly trained. While dropping of my dog, the staff managed to let the dog escaped and the ran to the plaza/ main road. Has no idea how to control the situation, and I had to run across the road to bring the dog back. Good lord nothing happened. Please stay away at all cause.
Great dog hotel close to home! We've taken our little guy here twice for the day and once overnight for 2 nights. Couldn't be happier. We like the fact that videos are shared with us regularly in addition to having access to the cameras 24/7. Our dog doesn't like to stay anywhere but home likes to be by himself however the staff here do a great job encouraging him to play and interact with the other dogs. Thank you for providing a safe, clean and friendly place for our fur friends to stay when we need it!
I let my cat stay there every time while I traveling. Staffs are absolutely pet lover and pay all their heart to treat every single cute one who stay there. I will say my cat has imperial enjoyment during the time of stay. Definitely strong recommend!
Zed is running a fantastic business here, left my Shiba Inu with him and his team for 22 days and everyday he took great care of Luna. He provided daily updates with food, potty and sleep. The facility is clean and bright with 24/7 live video feed. Accommodations are great price and location is fantastic in the city right off 401. Recommending to all my friends. They provided a really good grooming right before I took Luna home.
