Great place to have your passport picture done. Shala was so very patient and friendly you can tell she loves what she does and she’s good at it too. Two thumbs up.
I drove 50 minutes to the new location (since it moved from College downtown) during business hours on a Saturday from 11:00am - 4:30pm. We arrived at 2:30pm, the doors were locked and everything was closed. We called the number on the website to learn that the owner closed early and wasn’t returning. As someone who works a 9-5 Monday to Friday, Saturday’s are the only day available to visit the store. Very disappointing - we liked doing business here. They lost our business today and in the future.
I had an excellent experience today. I placed my order online (13 pictures) and they were ready at the next day! but the best thing is the attention of Shalla, she printed my photos two times in two different ways just in case and she didn't charged me for that, and let me keep all the pics so that I can choose the ones I like the most. Excellent customer service. I will definitely chose this place for my further prints or related
Very bad experience. Terrible Lady, highly uprofessional, and arrogent. Actually My family got photo for our PR card renewal their charges were more than market. I preferred because they looked professional. After 03 months my application came back with comment inappropriate size so i went back. A lady who seems to be manager or owner of the place didn't even belive me and said size is ok you forgot to write the name at the back so it came back. Ultimately i went home bring the letter from CIC and showed her she still not convinced and said that just write the name and send that again. Our luck it came back again after further 03 months with same comment. This time i went to her she said ok i will give you another copy of picture but still not accepting her fault and dont want to retake picture. I asked is this your professionalism she became hyper and started shouting in front of another customer. I went to another place get pictures done which was accepted and finally we got our PR card renewed but after 06 months of delay.
Photo 123 has an amazing crew. They have great experience with many different passport photo requirements because they are close to many consulates/embassies. I have been coming here for many years for passport photos for my family and they have always produced amazing pictures that were always accepted at passport offices. They have also helped me with printing very high quality photos.
I would strongly recommend against coming here. They have shockingly poor business practices and customer service. I came in with a digital photo that I wanted printed and framed as a gift for my boss. I selected a $12 frame + approximately $1 to print the photo. I was informed that they have a mninimum $5 rule for services. I was sure that the owner would be sensible given that my entire order was approximately $15, but nope. Apparently the 'service' portion had to be $5 so they refused my business. Hilarious! Owner was extremely rude and has zero business sense it seems. I went down the road and another store happily took $18 from me for 3 mins of work - like a true business.
