I am giving 5 stars for our experience for the newborn passport photo shoot. They gave us time to wake our baby and even to change the outfit because light color clothes were causing glare. Photographer lady was so kind and patient. And there is the "but": after serviceontario rejected our printed photo I went back 3 days later to get another pair of photos printed from the old shooting and the young gentleman there tried to double charge me even though I reminded him of the guarantee policy of the studio, claiming serviceontario accepted our "digital copy"?¡ I don't even able to guess what he was trying to mean since there is nothing digital about the application. After sometime he acknowledged the situation but asked for a receipt even though I presented him with the two rejected copies and provided the email that they sent digital copies to. But at least he decided to take my word and let me of the hook with a warning ⚠️. Last sentence: definitely the place to go for a newborn photo shoot, no regrets.
Update: My photos got rejected 2 times. 1st Time there was a glare on the baby's face. 2nd time baby's ear was missing. I got a refund from the West Camera but i have waisted too much time. I know it is tough to take baby photos but my baby was calm and cooperative. Original review: I did infant passport photos at the West Camera. They were amazing.
Won’t take return of a completely sealed and unopened disposable camera. Nowhere on the receipt does it say or was I ever told in store there was a zero return or exchange policy. Be mindful of this.
Awesome shop. Was super friendly and the price is unbeatable. Developed my film in less than a day. Was shocked at how affordable it was. Definitely will be coming back!!
I come here to buy and develop film, and occasionally print photos. Their service is quick and reliable but the best part is the staff — a very knowledgeable and charming group of people who have one too many times lent me advice and saved me time!
Great staff. All photographers themselves. They know their stuff. That day I was just getting passport photos done. But have used them for enlargements, colour corrections and other jobs that needed a creative eye. They have always exceeded my expectations! 5⭐️’s
If you want QUALITY I suggest going to downtown camera, west camera has a foggy Clearly damaged scanner (they won’t tell you that though) deffs won’t be heading there again
