Where do I begin? I don't have enough words to say about how amazing my experience at ALPHA was! I injured my shoulder on the golf course and Charlotte was able to put together a great rehab plan for me and she helped me with it every step of the way. Because of Charlotte my entire summer wasn't ruined with this injury and I was able to get back out on the course. Everyone at ALPHA is friendly and accommodating and they are amazingly talented and knowledgeable. If you want to the very best that a physiotherapist can offer, look no further than ALPHA!
I hobbled into the Alpha Health Services office in December after hurting my knee, knowing that the bizarre mash-up of symptoms was a tricky one. To say that Charlotte has gone above and would be a gross understatement. Not only has her clinical judgment and treatment been outstanding - her diagnosis was confirmed by an MRI and an orthopaedic surgeon, who had the benefit of seeing the MRI - but she has also become an invaluable support system through a difficult time. She came early and stayed late at the office to see me, emailed immediate responses to all of my questions (even when I was particularly needy and/or incoherent), and genuinely made me look forward to my appointments because I knew my crying would turn to laughing. Six months later, my knee feels great, and we completely avoided surgery on my meniscus. Charlottes care and rehab plan eliminated the need to have a surgeon cut out part of my cartilage, and Im pretty excited Ill have a whole knee for the next 75 years or so! Shes still right at my side as we now work to achieve balance after being off-kilter for a while, and she has become quite the legend in my family - if I feel a twinge, the immediate response is have you asked Charlotte? Go see Charlotte, shell help you. If you have to hobble to the clinic, do it and if you can run there, run! I know Ill be able to do whatever I please very soon because of Charlotte and the rest of the staff, all of whom are lovely. Thank you to everyone at Alpha, especially Charlotte, for saving my knees and my sanity!
