I have been receiving physiotherapy from Neha at Trilogy for the last month. She is attentive and takes the time to listen and understand your issue before working on a treatment plan. I've seen significant improvement in my injury Through my work with Neha and would happily recommend her services to others looking for physiotherapy.

I received physiotherapy treatment with Jane for several months this year. I came in with a knee injury and with Jane’s expert guidance, I have stretched and exercised a path to a pain free knee. Thank you

Had a horrible experience with this clinic. In my 16 years living in Canada, this is by far the worst service I’ve ever encountered. I started treatment here after an accident, and they constantly had “system issues” where my scheduled appointments would just vanish. Twice, I showed up for appointments that were confirmed over email — and both times I was told I wasn’t in the system. Can you imagine? The second time, they rescheduled my appointment an hour before it was supposed to start — pushing it to the following week — and when I arrived, the receptionist Kate said, “Oh, it must’ve gotten mixed up in the system… I didn’t put you in.” I lost work hours, wasted time and money on gas and parking, only to be told oops. Twice. After this, Heather emailed me to ask if she could “turn the experience into a positive.” I sent an invoice for the lost wages, gas, and parking, and told her the clinic should cover the cost of their mistake. She said she’d get back to me. Days passed. I followed up. She was “away.” Then she had to “talk to her boss.” Then she asked to jump on a call to discuss resolution. I told her I prefer written communication via email so everything is documented. And guess what? She disappeared. Appointments with Heather were never on time either — she’d take me 15–20 minutes late, so a 30-minute session would end up being 10. Kate at the front desk is also consistently rude and careless. This place is one of those scammy clinics that charge insurance companies while showing zero respect for your time or wellbeing. They demand 24-hour notice if you miss an appointment, but have no problem canceling yours an hour before — or just forgetting to put it in at all. Or simply give you 10 min time out of your 30 min appointment. I’m taking the time to write this so that if you’re considering this clinic: stay away! They don’t care about patients. Period. Will submit a formal complaint through my insurance and Ontario Ministry of Health

Highly recommend! They(Jason/Ben) have helped me with multiple nagging injuries that I thought were normal for former athletes. I now know how I can take better care of my body and feel more healthy!

I highly recommend Eric Lau. He was such a patient, knowledgeable and skilled physiotherapist. When we first met, he quickly accepted my reasonable offer of accommodation (communication style). I am profoundly Deaf and he does not know sign language. We relied on notes (writing back and forth). After five sessions with him, I feel much better with my right arm (no more pain & numbness). Thank you, Eric

I saw Jason Gallant for outer knee pain (ITB issues) that prevented me from running. Long story short: after a few months I'm pain free and running again. Jason gave me a graduated treatment program that slowly built up my glute/hip strength & single leg stability and adapted it to my progress (strength came faster than stability). Jason was professional, knowledgeable and, most importantly, effective. Highly recommended to anyone serious about sorting out knee issues. (Also: 8am appointments at 75 Sherbourne St. location are ideal for anyone who works in the core.)

Extremely happy with my experience here! Highly recommend Jason! Had some pains in my chest and lower back and he completely fixed me up! Very professional and super cool Guy! Will definitely return!

Trilogy helped me get my life back! Because of the integrated care Jason (physio) and Jordan (massage) offered, I now more fully understand the nature of my problem and how to fix it. My mobility has increased and I'm never in pain now, after starting with pain that often interrupted sleep. Jason is knowledgeable, experienced, patient, and approachable. He takes the time to explain what is happening with your injury so that you can more fully participate in your rehabilitation / recovery. Jordan helped to fine-tune what Jason and I were working on, and tipped me over into maintenance mode. Excellent care, for which I am so grateful!

Eric Lau has been great! I've been seeing him post meniscal surgery and he's been amazing!! He's knowledgable and explains the process clearly and effectively. His bedside manner and professionalism are second to none. Trilogy has been a great place to rehab from the front desk to the physiotherapist! I highly recommend them.
