I had a great experience at Lifemark Physiotherapy Bay & Bloor location. I was treated by Dr. Cory Grosman for chiropractic care. He is kind, patient, and very professional. He explained clearly what caused my problem and guided me step by step through the treatment. He also showed me exercises to practice and how to avoid pain after long hours of work at home. His explanations were easy to understand, and after the treatment I felt fully recovered. He is honestly one of the best doctors I have ever had. I also had massage therapy with Greg Mulholland, and it was excellent. His massage was very relaxing and helped me feel calm and comfortable. After long working hours, his sessions are perfect. The relaxing music and his skill helped treat the right spots and made me feel refreshed and peaceful. And I also want to mention the reception staff. The ladies are very friendly, welcoming, and kind every time I come in. They always help and support me with all the paperwork and documents. I always feel welcomed whenever I visit here!!!
Just had my last visit with Madeleine who treated my arm injury for a few months. It's all better!! Excellent attentive care. I also saw the massage therapist who helped identify a minor shoulder issue and met another great physiotherapist when Madeleine was on vacation. All are wonderful. Special thx to the friendly administrative staff who are always so cheery. Thank you Madeleine!!
Super therapists - wonderful front desk staff - happy go lucky and outgoing - appreciate them all - I look forward to that time when I come and relax and get proper therapy that I need... Happy Holidays
I LOVE this place and the staff! Vanessa My Masseuse is scary good at what she does! The front desk is always friendly and everyone is always on time! I have been going here for about a year for an accident and they make everything seamless especially with the paperwork. I will continue to go after my ins runs out :)
I saw Dominic for a re-occurring ankle injury that stopped me from running. Dominic worked on developing an exercise program and provided me a realistic timeline for returning to running. My ankle has never felt better and I was able to run my first 10km race thanks to him. I would highly recommend Procare and Dominic ! Thank you for everything!
Saw Megan for a rotator-cuff impingement. In three sessions she has helped me to regain movement and build strength. This place is clean, efficient and the people on reception are friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.
Lower back problems have been an ongoing issue for the last 10 years. Nothing really worked for me until I decided to do Physio. My physiotherapist was Megan and after only a few visits my back pain has been gone. She was very helpful in giving me long term advice and the cupping really worked. Highly recommending Megan and LifeMark.

I saw Megan Couch for my neck/shoulder pain and I was very impressed! She was able to isolate the source of my MSK pain to my 1st rib being elevated and together planned a sequential set of exercises to help reduce my pain and stiffness allowing me to function back at work. I came in with shoulder/neck pain due to a variety of factors, especially poor posture. I saw Megan the physiotherapist and Andrew the massage therapist and was very impressed by their exceptional care. They attentively listened to my list of concerns, targeted problem areas with techniques I was comfortable with, and provided me with tips and exercises to do at home. I found the combination of PT and MT to be extremely beneficial and one of my problem areas has significantly improved as a result. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
