Amazing customer service Jacob was very attentive and gave me and my friends a great experience at this restaurant the food was fresh and amazingly cooked 11/10 would come again
Ordered through delivery and opened my pizza. Thankfully I saw the big piece of metal wire that obviously came from the pizza pan before I took a bite…Totally dangerous!! I used to love this place but very put off by their lack of attention for basic health and safety concerns. They even put my dips in the box, which were probably sitting out on the counter onto my fresh pizza..
My boyfriend and I ordered for a pickup on DoorDash, about 30min into the order noticed that there hasn't been any status change so thought that we'd go in person since it's been a while and we might get to grab it soon. We arrive at four brother's pizza, first, the washroom there is very smelly. Not a good sign when you first open the door. We then go to the front to ask about the order. The server seems lost and told us it'll be 15 minutes, then frantically starts making the food. Turns out they didn't even get the order started at this point. I look around the place and find it to be very poorly maintained - sticky floor, smelly washroom, broken TV screen, an ATM that's taped together with duct tape, and some gunk hiding in the table dividers (which had some fake plants on top, seems like an attempt to hide the gunk instead of cleaning them). We finally get the food and it is very mediocre. If I had just gotten the food without the poor customer service experience and looking at their restaurant, I'd say it's very mid. But now that I've seen the restaurant itself? Very weird experience thinking about eating it given the weird vibes. Still ate it tho cuz we were hungry since it was ready much later than expected!!
Ordered 5 times now pizza is decent but order is wrong every time. They put the wrong toppings on the pizza, they forget your dips, they forget your drinks. It’s extremely frustrating when the person you’re with doesn’t eat pork and you order chicken and they put bacon on it instead. Won’t be ordering from here anymore. Mediocre efforts
Nothing special. Just another pizza place that doesn't warm up their slices long enough, unfortunately only the outside of my slice was warmed up. Pizza was okay, a little doughy. Glad I finally tried it, but probably won't go back.
I’m disgusted at this establishment because my friend lost her phone and they tried to hide it and play it off until we told them it’s here and we showed them the location and we kept calling. Then they finally took it out of the cash register after we made him turn the music down because he turned it and he finally “found it”. Such a scam place I would not recommend anyone to go here, if you do just be careful of your belongings.
The pizza skulls are unique and quite good. Although I would say this place is way too pricey for a pizza joint. This place is known to get busy during weekends and fridays when people go clubbing or partying. They also got these comfy couches to eat at. Good drunk food for sure.
