Need to give it another try. I was not really a fan of the pepperoni pizza. Usually a loaded pepperoni pizza like this would be a guilty pleasure. Something about the taste of the pepperoni did not really sit well with me.
I was in the area hankering for some pizza. A few local options - but I chose Junior's because they sold fresh by the slice and I kept seeing people walking by with hot pizza! Stepped I to the small storefront and was initially a bit disappointed that there were only a couple of all dressed slices left in the display. Staff was friendly and told me they had a margarita pie coming in six minutes - Pepperoni in 10. It was worth the wait. $3 a slice, for a good sized piece of pizza. Stop in if you are near!
Best pizza in the city. Carried over from Vesuvios (previously the best, until they closed, but Juniors is the Vesuvios crew, and the same HIGH quality, real pizza, including their famous small pepperoni slices. Get a half baked pie if you’re from out of town, and finish cooking it at home. Jimmy will give you the proper way to do this.
Was hungry and just saw this pizza place, pulled a u-turn and ran in to get a slice. The service was amazing, friendly and nice. You can tell everyone loves putting out quality food. Just had time for a slice - and the value ~$3 for a slice, and quality. The dough wasn’t doughy, wasnt crispy either - just really solid pizza. Defiantly worth it!
When he told me the price, I didn't believe him. $3 for this huge slice? Not only is it super affordable, it taste way better than you'd expect. I'm lucky I don't live close to this place or I'd be here every day. Slice had the perfect crisp and chew. I got a slice, a dip, and a bottled drink for $7. Staff were very nice as well.
absolutely love it! The staff are always super friendly, and the pizza is honestly amazing. Crispy crust, fresh toppings, and just the right amount of cheese. It’s become one of my go-to spots. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!
So upset. Drove 45 minutes to get pizza and the guy said they ran out if dough. It was only 830pm, and they were supposed to be open until 10pm. Got the feeling it was a slow night and he wanted to bail. It just didn't feel truthful, as he acted so guilty saying it.
