The customer service is worse I had ever experienced and too slow i had to wait for 27 minutes still my order was not ready they don't deserve 1 star also
Look, it's a pizza chain, it's fine. It takes 30 mins for a medium pizza at this location. Think only one person works there in the evenings so makes sense.
Was hungry after work and came to this restaurant to have a wings and asked for a mild flavour wings. The employee was even welcoming. It took 10 minutes to arrive but thats kinda acceptable, employee asked me whether I want it for takeout or for here, I said its for here, employee didn't even give me a napkin and but that's also fine cuz I had my own napkin, when I started eating the chicken kinda smelled as if it was rotten. I didn't even finish two and tried call the employee but he was nowhere to be seen and was busy with his business phone. Thats why Im giving 2/5
I've had Gino's pizza before and pretty good. But this one needs to sort out it's Uber delivery. Waited almost an hour standing outside the building. Got a ping saying 'delivered'. No one was there so was a bit perplexed how this could be. Checked the Uber app again and the delivery status information was gone. Requested a refund. Will not use again.
Visit 2: I went back. Still wouldn't recommend. Visit 1: My pizza was very dry and not fully cut in half. In fairness, it was the last slice of pepperoni and I didn't really care if they cut it or not... but if you're going to do something, you may as well do it right. Not very good and I probably wont be back.
Honestly, worst experience ever had. You can clearly see the size of slices. We order butter chicken pizza but it was totally tasteless. Cause the taste was totally different then Ginos butter chicken sauces. Moreover they are selling cheap type garlic dipping sauces not Ginos ones. They were not sealed and not in ginos packing. You can see in the picture. Do not go there if you are looking for Ginos taste.
Great service, and excellent food! After a change of management occurred ~2yrs ago there has been a MASSIVE improvement in every aspect of the business. Keep up the fantastic work and I will continue to send all the people i can, your way! Thanks for feeing me and caring about your product and guests, it shows. PRO TIP: Order your pizza with extra sauce and well done for best most satisfying results.
