Lovely shop with great service! They carry a nice range of plants and pots. Anita and her team took the time to walk me through how to take care of my new plant and were patient with me as I made my decision on what to get. I would highly recommend Sienna Flora!
I bought two trees from Sienna. The owner, Anita, has a clear passion for her business. She was professional, answered all my questions with expertise, and I felt she wanted me to purchase plants that were right for me rather than pushing to sell. I bought two trees and feel the value was good when compared to many other medium-high end stores. I was able to join a waiting list for trees that were low on stock and was called as soon as new ones arrived. They delivered quickly and for a small fee (note: I live quite close, so further away would cost more). Will continue to visit Sienna for my indoor plant needs.
Such a beautiful plant shop, it feels like there is a touch of magic in there. We love the plants we bought and they filled us with happiness. The customer service was amazing, and visiting this shop was the highlight of our day. We have already talked about our experience there so many times today. 10/10 recommend!

Brought my Fig Leaf to try and understand why it was dying, Anita is amazing, she so patiently walked me through possible reasons, finally reaching a dignosis. I learned so much & she was so wonderful to help repot and resettle the plant. Will be back and would recomment anyone go out of their way to come to her lovely shop! Also a beautiful playlist!
I walked into the store with a sick fig tree, a leaning snake plant, and so many questions. Anita offered a judgement free and very informative service, and gave me some tips and tricks on how best to move forward with all my plants, even the ones I hadn't brought in. Definitely recommend!!
Sienna Flora is one of my favourite shops. Anita is kind, welcoming, and so knowledgeable about all of the plants that she showcases in her shop. Is the shop beautiful? Yes. Are the plants gorgeous? Also yes. The variety of plants is stunning, and the price points have a wide range, which makes plant ownership accessible to everyone.
