I went with a plant that had died. He helped me find a new plant, re-potted it for me with gravel and I got a discount. Its the only place I buy my plants. They are friendly and super helpful. If you're not buying your plants there, you should be. Also, they're accessible. There is a ramp outside. I usually wave from the door and they'll come out to hold it for me. I can push my friends WC around the store without worrying about bumping into things.
Joe and Miah came in to our downtown office space to care for >20 plants. They were friendly, fast, and did an excellent job! They were also happy to customize their services to meet our needs. We really appreciated the follow up email with care instructions. Strongly recommend.
I had a wonderful experience with Miah and Joe. They did a house visit to assess and care for our 20+ houseplants. I have recently taken to caring for houseplants and needed support making sure plants were healthy, location-optimized, and I also needed info on how to care for them on an ongoing basis. The intake form gives an opportunity to send pictures and details of plants so when they come the visit is super efficient. The post-visit information was a thorough care-plan. They also have an awesome pot and plant selection (I looked online, not in-person, but am sure the store is lovely!) which I will be coming back to again and again. Highly recommend!
I love this plant shop! The staff are so welcoming and knowledgable. I never feel judged for killing all my plants. I love how you can send them pictures of your plants at home and they’ll offer you helpful suggestions. The plant care cards are very helpful. They have a great selection of plants and pots, but the customer service is what brings me back time and time again.
Not only are these guys knowledgeable and talented, but they're also fun to deal with. They were quick and extremely tidy. Not even a forensics team could tell that just minutes earlier, there was plenty of potting, repotting, cutting, and caring for my plants. Really well done! I'd emphatically recommend Urban Gardener to anyone whose plants need attention.
