Hired to do several things incl water line upgrade, showers install. Actual plumbers on site are mostly OK, not amazing but OK. However organisation and office staff are TERRIBLE. Rude, don't understand anything about plumbing or the work and send the wrong people or relay messages incorrectly, if they relay them at all, and not reliable. You can find better options out there for the cost.
Replace tub cartridge so we have hot water. Found high-end vintage cartridge without brand etc. Via photo identification, obtained, replaced. Great people, very helpful, professional problem solving. Definitely recommend
We called because laundry drain was clogged, an easy fix but we are short on time and thought it would be easier for a professional to snake and clean out. The appointment was made and the plumber showed up. The plumber was extremely friendly and courteous. He said before replacing the piping, he would try and clean it first instead. Then he showed me the fees. $175.00 Service call fee for showing up, included in the cleaning fee of $320.00 ! For a very simple job, that was extremely inflated. We are talking about a short elbow pipe. If the pipe needed replacement, it would be an additional $175.00. No previous discussion of a service fee upon booking, and inflated rates during a time when people are facing financial hardship, I was truly disappointed in this company taking advantage of people. No repair was done so I cannot comment on the work. They waived the $175 service call for coming out to check apparently, which i would have never paid anyways, as it was never disclosed. The only reason I give this company 2 stars is because the plumber was really nice.
Our kitchen sink became backed up and would take forever to drain, for a few days it was basically unusable. Called Brothers in the morning and they were able to accommodate and drop by in the afternoon. The plumber was friendly and it took about 20 mins total. He only charged us for the drain snake (I will admit it seemed a bit pricey, however it was definitely worth it - the 50 year old drain has never worked better!). Thanks Brothers Plumbing!
Brothers Plumbing saved the day! An external pipe burst into our home and was flooding our basement fast. I called companies like Roto Rooter at 6am and Brothers was the fastest to respond. David came within the hour and immediately got to work. He stopped the rising waters and did an excellent job arranging all of the follow-up needed, coordinating with city services and his crew. The two gentleman who did the pipe work were fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and thoroughly cleaned afterwards. We would have faced a bigger disaster without the team at Brothers and are very grateful.

I called Brother's Plumbing and they tried to organise for someone to come out that afternoon. Unfortunately I had to reschedule, which they were very happy to accommodate. They called to let me know the plumber would be around soon, and then the plumber himself called on arrival.Jay worked quickly and thoroughly, diagnosing the problem and cleaning up the mess! I was in a pinch when water began over flowing from my sink right before I was having guests over for dinner. I called Brothers plumbing and they had someone over within 20 minutes. They fixed the issue within 30 mins and charged a reasonable amount. Very satisfied with my experience and would recommend.
I had a leak from my bathroom that trickled down to the basement. David and Paul came the very next morning and repaired it. Wasn't easy to find out where the leak came from. They were neat, respectful and cleaned up after. They always explain the situation and what needs to be done before they do it.
