12/10, could not recommend Aman enough! My toilet started leaking and I frantically tried to find a plumber - not only did I get contacted within 15 minutes of submitting a request on the website, he was able to come meet me in the evening (couldn't escape the office) the next day and get the job done on the spot in under 1 hour. He is an exceptionally skilled professional with incredible energy - absolutely now my go-to for all plumbing services!
Very happy with the service. I had a toilet that was not flushing properly. I called them and in less than two hours they are at our door and toilet completely fixed. No BS, just got the job done. I recommend.
Worst and unprofessional company. Spending time to talk to my Airbnb guests rather than focusing on work! Aman (the plumber) come here to work and not chatting with the random people who share the same background! Instead, he spent his time to chat with random people. Then after being asked to clarify the caused of the damaged, he said the extension was worn out meanwhile he tight the nuts under the leaking sink. Obviously bias here. Aman, YOU COME HERE TO CHAT RATHER THAN FOCUS ON WORK and get the money from me, eh? In addition, you charged me 2 bills one for inspection and other one for fixing, total cost 400$. Really, I can buy the whole faucet with this type of money. If you charged the fixing cost, you need to remit the inspection fee since it is just a deposit.
I had an excellent experience with Aman for a toilet repair! He was not only fast but also incredibly friendly and professional. His knowledge was impressive, and he quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with ease. I was also able to get an appointment super quickly, which made the whole process so much easier. I would definitely use Living Services again in the future and highly recommend Aman to anyone in need of plumbing help. Great service all around!
SCAM!!!!!!!! I explained them over on the call that just a valve needs to be changed and they still charged me 6$68 upfront as service fee. Then the plumber gave me the quotation of $400 just to change the valve! Found another plumber who changed everything in just $130 Please avoid them at all costs!
A plumber came to my condo and didn’t fix the issue. I called back the next day to have them come again to actually fix the issue. I was told by the woman scheduling all the bookings that I would receive a call from a plumber the day after. No one ever called me back in 4 weeks. I was still charged for the fee for the first visit and had to call a plumber from another company to fix my leaking water heater tank. Edit: After seeing this review, I was reached out to by the company with a sincere apology. I was refunded the visit fee and offered additional compensation for my next visit if needed.
I had a clogged toilet and have tried numerous ways into getting it fixed but didn't work so I decided to call Living Services although it was nearly 8pm. I was amazed by how fast he arrived and fixed up my clogged toilet in just a few minutes. Service was amazing and he was really friendly as well! Would definitely recommend Living Services to my friends and if in the future I do need any plumbing services, I would surely call back!
