The plumber was on schedule and fixed the two toilet shutoff valves in about an hour. He was professional, answered all my questions and even enjoyed the dog's.
I had few appliences installed by them. Cooking range that they installed , gas is leaking after their installation . I called them , they told me will send some one after a week. I said the gas is leaking in my house , it is dangerous and their rep went on to rant “perfect some one will come after a week to check”. This is totally unprofessional, mistakes happen but such risky feedbacks should not be so badly handled ( wait for one week with a leaky gas issue ) . Now I will have call some one else and get it fixed and pay them too after paying these guys. Terrible service , will never use them again.
Unbelievable $1500 for a toilet install. That is plain and simple robbery. You should be ashamed of yourself. I will never call John the Plumber again and neither should anyone else.
Easy to book the appointment to clear a blocked Bathroom drain and Geoff arrived during the booking window. Quickly cleared the blockage and provided some advice on how to do some cost effective line cleaning. Video footage is a very good way to show a client what is up. Great experience.
The plumber who came was friendly and informative but their pricing is way too unreasonable. My usual mechanical charges 220-320 for snaking but I was quoted >700 for John the Plumber. I ended up declining their services.
Take advantage with pricing. If I had known that I would have called someone else... 850 dollars + tax to snake a kitchen sink. I didn't have the time to go find someone else since I have a tenant there but would not recommend the company.
Michael came back again to solve the never ending problem of my leaking bathroom sinks. Even found out the pipes that had been previously replaced were not up to code in my building. So far, so good. Took three appointments from another company first. It seems to be resolved, now, fingers crossed.
