We had some hiccups along the way - like wrong bathtub hot installed and things were delayed (out of her control) - but she kept us updated and responded to my emails immediately. This place has many things for plumbing. What I really liked was the lady that assisted me despite the fact that she was new to the job, she went above and beyond to assist me with what I was looking for. She checked and double-checked and made sure that everything was correct before handing me the piece that I was looking for. I greatly appreciated their assistance with finalizing my sale and hope to go back to them at some point for any other plumbing issues I might have.

DO NOT ORDER PLUMBING FIXTURES FROM HERE. I bought over $30,000 of plumbing fixtures from this location and have had nothing but issues with the order. All was well when I first placed the order, customer service seemed great. Then as the order came in, so many issues and terrible customer service. The customer service rep, Amira, has accused me of misplacing items and has suggested they were stolen from our house on three occasions. Each time I had to waste my time looking 3-4x through camera footage and a construction site for items that eventually she realized she hadn't placed the order for or were never delivered to me. Then I had an issue with the finish of a $3000 shower set. I was not told it would "patina" when I ordered it. So it was a surprise when it arrived already tarnishing. At this point I sent photos before installation, and was told it was "obviously defective" and would be okay to install while waiting on the replacement. Turns out it continued to tarnish despite not being used and Emco then changed their story multiple times on whether it was under warranty. Then I was accused of using harsh chemicals on it. This is even after they saw tarnishing when I opened it and they said it was defective and to install. Then enters Mahin, the manager, of sales. Customer service didn't get any better dealing with him. Regarding the tarnishing shower, I had to go back and forth with him many times before the manufacturer agreed to take it back at no cost. Mahin then called me to let me know that they would cover the price difference of changing to a brass that would not tarnish. He let me know he would order this right away, along with a matching faucet. Fast forward a month later and I receive an email from Mahin saying I will now have to cover this price difference and that it has not been ordered yet. The price of $800 isn't the issue, it's the principle of it all. The lies on their end are endless and the stress they cause after spending a great amount of money at their business. I will also note that I was overcharged by thousands of dollars. I only checked the invoices vs payments when I realized how many mistakes were made and they were still saying I owed them money. I had to take even more of my time to go through invoices and emails to calculate the total. Absolute incompetence for a business of this size.

Very impressed with EMCO Toronto. Very easy/great location right off highway. Pick up counter/phone staff were all excellent - very helpful, great attitudes and answered their phones unlike some companies I have dealt with. The showroom manager Amira was fantastic. Approachable, helpful, efficent, knowledgeable, and very professional. She was refreshing to deal with. A big thank you to Amira and all the other wonderful staff.
Great variety of pipe fitting products. Service is always great as well. Never a hassle or problem and they always have what you need in stock or get it the next day.
