This place is amazing! I wouldn’t trust anywhere else after visiting this store and finding everything I needed. The customer service is fantastic! The quality of the fixtures is impeccable for very reasonable prices. My husband and I were looking to replace our kitchen taps and found more options that we’ve seen at most other place. Great experience overall!

Very knowledgeable, and helpful! They had the exact hard-to-find part I needed for a project, and offered to take it back in the event it didn’t work for my obscure application. Fortunately, the part they were 90% sure would fit, did fit!
This plumbing supply shop is a multiple generation family owned local business. They stock and sell subterranean supplies on up to boutique fixtures and deluxe accessories. If they do not have it in stock, they will gladly order it in in just a few days. Depending on your bill of materials, they can often provide a full turnkey supply range of products including but not limited to lighting, fans etc. Very rare to find that these days. The pricing is on the mark but the service and knowledge is beyond compare in this world we live in. If you have a challenge these people may in fact be able to resolve it with their trade/product knowledge. You'd be hard pressed to find this type of service at Home Depot or Lowes. I shop at the big box stores. We all shop at the big box stores. This shop is special and unique. If you are a designer/architect seeking high-end finish, if you are a landlord replacing a toilet in a rental unit, a licensed plumber sourcing trade material downtown or a home owner in need of help with your plumbing, you should consider dropping into Maia.
Called at 10 minutes before closing and helped trouble shoot the problem. They had the right part in stock and waited 5 minutes past closing to sell me the part. Highly Recommended. Kudos!
Leslie and her team are fantastic. On several occasions, I have come in with difficult and odd plumbing requirements and Maia plumbing has resolved all of them. Service and pricing are exceptional and Leslie is fantastic. Til my next challenge, I am sure Maia will have the answers.
