Today I picked up food for a family get together for my sons birthday.I had ordered carne alentejana and bifanas two days before ….also picked from the daily menu alcatra with mushrooms ,two chickens rice and potatoes ,it was all so delicious everyone complimented on how good everything tasted …Thank you so much
If you ever wondered if there is any restaurant in the whole of GTA which provides the best bang for your buck , when it comes to both quantity as well as quality? This is it. I bought a double steak plate for $19 , which effectively can feed an entire family. Tremendous value for money , great tasting dishes all around. Can't rate this any lower than 5.
The quality of the food has gone down. The potatoes were dry the chicken was not tasty. It used to be much better I think they change cooks. Two stars for the convinience.
Three years ago the food was great but unfortunately the quality of the hot table food has deteriorated, especially the grilled chicken and pork chops were bland and very dry. The potatoes were also poor quality and over cooked. Not worth the price you pay.
Very bad service, the employees think they're doing us a favor, also is not nice to force customers to eat what they don't like... food tast like nothing, so sad that we have no option around here. Employees need to learn how to treat customer with respect. And I really hope the owner see this post.
GOOD chicken. I have been here a couple times and they have some delicious food. There is a grocery store inside with tasty products. The staff are friendly and warm. I will come back here. Located in a safe neighbourhood.
Used to be "decent", a quick "blend" food, but has gone from decent to terrible (hence why there is not even lines anymore). Only sell half chicken or whole chicken, no quarters anymore, if you ask for a quarter chicken you risk getting kicked-out or worse. Portions used to be big (reason it had line up, despite the blend food), but portions has shrinked and price gone up. Would you pay $9 for 3 halfs of boiled potato & 2 strips of dry beef stew?
