Printed a large art print onto stretched canvas and it looks fantastic. I’m super happy with the result! Turnaround time was 1-2 weeks. One suggestion would be to upgrade the website to include descriptions, like for all the options for canvas border (e.g. stretch to bleed, etc). This would help newbies understand the printing jargon!
I held off from going to the print shop due to some of the neg reviews but I’m glad I finally made the decision to go in! My experience here was great, Ryan at the front desk is very patient and helpful and never seems annoyed by my many questions. My print job was fabulous and I can wait to start other projects!
Go literally anywhere else other than this place. Not only are their posted hours suggestions, but if you arrive at 11 when they open and then walk in with the other 4 people who have been waiting at 11:15, the people working there will grumble that the lights are even on yet and stomp around like you are the problem. The youngish woman who works there snaps at you (regardless of time of day), doesn't say hello, you're welcome, or anything, and is genuinely rude. Conversely, if you arrive 10 minutes before they close to print one, single-sided document, they will grumble and huff and puff at you while staring at their watch. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE OPEN FROM 11 to 7, DON'T BE. Change your hours to 12 to 4, or whatever number of hours your staff can deign to treat people respectfully. If you can, go literally anywhere else.
I'd love to support a local small business, problem is, they didn't actually help me. I went to this print shop for services I can not do myself. The customer service, and next step initiative assistance was non exhistant. Feels like they expect you to know everything coming in, which I mentioned that I would need some help, this is not my expertise, hence why am coming to them. I'm frustrated because there was a lack of communication and realistic expectations when being helped, like I was bothering them, or I "should" know what I'm doing. When bringing it up, it was brushed off as a "we don't do that here" when they did notice something was being cut off, a quick word as I was in front of them "hey this word is cut off did you want that- no, ok can you fix that and then send it back to me" Why don't people talk to eachother anymore?!?!! I'm right in front of you. They do lamination here. It doesn't say so in their website but according to them when mentioned to add it to their site so people will know what services they offer "they print stuff so you should just know they also laminate" Cool cool cool. Community. Thx Neighbor. Just really bummed!
Not very pleasant and rude to do business with never again Some many better places to go to even in the area that will be please to serve you with a smile ! right everyone
Ive done a few jobs with them but today I was disappointed with the greeting I received by the front staff. Eye roll & a sigh. The (whatever I don’t even know how to call her) was so impolite and no professional. I won’t be returning Ps: for the front stuff woman - find a therapist ASAP
Got a print printed (hehe) there for my friend who’s dog is no longer with us. The quality and service was absolutely perfect. I’m so happy with this place and so happy to find a close printing place that does a phenomenal job!
