Very bad experience. After the shop owner printed the papers, I just like to check whether the quality and quantities are right, but he was keeping push me to pay immediately. Then, I had to wait for a while until he was back. After I paid, he was blaming me to waste his time. Very rude and unprofessional! Definitely won't go again!
DO NOT GO! Wow…what a sleazy biz man. I called on a sat afternoon to ask about regular printing on regular papers (nothing fancy). The guy/owner wanted to charge $10 for 10 copies (it’s literally worth $3). When I expressed the surprise, bro went straight to extortion: “yeah because other print shops are now closed. That’s why you are calling us”. Well, too bad for you bro, I don’t need it urgently. You will NEVER have my business. Judging from the bizzare swing of extremely bad to extremely “great” reviews, my take is the REAL customers have 1 stars, so they got their own people to add 5 stars. Instead trying hard to add fake reviews, maybe try hard to be a decent human!
One morning, I came to this store in a rush because I urgently needed to print one page of my resume. Their policy is normally to print more than 10 pages, but the gentleman working there was incredibly kind. At that time, I was going through a very hard period in my life — I was job searching, stressed, shaking, and had just experienced racism at work. I started crying while asking for help. Instead of turning me away, he immediately printed 10 pages of my resume in great quality, gave me water and tissues, and comforted me with kind words. He told me not to worry, that we are all human and must support each other. He didn’t even charge me. His kindness truly felt like a miracle for me that day. I will never forget how much he helped me when I needed it most. This store is not only professional but also filled with humanity.

The worst service, it was my second visit on there and unfortunately was the same thing, the clerk is very unfriendly, the previous time I thought he was having a bad day that's why he had been so rude, but apparently that's how he always treats customers.
They filled my same day order on a Sunday in under 2 hours and saved my life for the second bar exam. Also for a very good price. I will recommend to others!
I go to the shop in a rush and without bringing cash with me. But after all the staff notice that I’m printing my resume, he just told me that give him cash tmr is fine, go back home and prepare for the interview and good luck to me. He is sooo nice and thanks a lot to him!!!
