I have nothing but good things to say about Rob and the work he and his staff have done for me over the past decade or so. Price, quality and turnaround are as good as can be expected here in Toronto. As a small business owner myself, I really appreciate his dedication to his printing tradecraft as well as his customers. Depending upon his workload, I've had him call me an soon as an hour after I dropped the job off to having to wait perhaps 5 business days at most. Give them a try and you won't be dissapointed. I would never recommend this place. I was looking to complete my printing job with this company until I was met with the upmost unprofessionalism and from workers who do not value customers or any kind of level of customer service for that matter. I noticed the staff do not do their due diligence of mentioning extra fees or charges, of mentioning is included in a package and what isn’t, and will blame you as the customer for not doing what the job of staff should be. When I brought up my concerns, I didn’t get any accountability or apology back, all I got was dismissiveness and disrespect. Ao no, I will not be returning here and suggest no one else does either.
Amazing work, I got professional digital photos developed with my business, and the quality and turnaround was outstanding. I was really impressed on how friendly they were and responsive to their website forms. Highly recommend for any personal or business needs!
If I could give this print shop a rating more than 5 I totally would! Rob made the process to print my wedding invitations very easy. It was done in one business day and he assisted me by taking my shipping label and preparing the items to be shipped to my home in southern ontario. Thank you Rob! This place was a life saver! I was scrambling to print a school project and found these guys last minute. They printed everything for me perfectly, it was incredibly affordable, and the guy who helped me was very sincere and helpful. Excellent services!
I went here because I needed a few resumes, they were clearly in the middle of some much bigger jobs but they took the time to make sure everything was right before I printed it. There was a slight delay with the printers, just a minute or two, so they didn't even charge me. I'd definitely recommend these guys for any printing job
