I spoke to Ken on the phone because there was a hole in our roof. He said he'd come and have a look. He didn't. He also didn't come the next day. Later that day it rained .... a lot ... The water seeped into my attic and through the ceiling. I called him that night as well ... no response to calls or messages. His lack of professionalism has cost me likely over $1K in additional fixes. Not trustworthy!!!!!!!
Ken and his team prioritized fixing my icy roof, eaves trough and ice build up during an emergency situation of having an active leak on two floors of my house. They were extremely professional, responsive and detailed. 10/10 experience in an otherwise stressful situation. Thank you Ken!

When you need your modern day superman, you gotta call A-OK Roofing. Last August we experienced some leaking in the windows from massive rainstorms. I recently had my roof replaced by A-OK Roofing (flat roof and shingle). Ken and his team were excellent from start to finish. The team did a thorough assessment of the property and took on extra work when they found additional damage. Their professionalism was evident in every aspect of the job. They provided clear communication throughout the process, including regular photo updates of their progress, which was a nice touch. They cleaned up at the end of each day which me and my neighbours really appreciated. The crew worked incredibly hard. I highly recommend A-OK Roofing —they go above and beyond to ensure the job is done right.
My husband and I noticed a small leak in one of our bedrooms, so we reached out to A-OK Roofing to help diagnose the issue. Ken was super quick at returning my call and he stopped by the same day to take a look. We ended up having our roof re-shingled and new gutters installed the following week. He estimated that the job would take about 3 days but ended up finishing everything in 1.5! Most importantly, we had a few rainfalls since the job was done and there were no leaks in our home! The entire team was respectful, efficient, and hard working. The cost for everything was quite reasonable and he was super communicative throughout the entire process. He sent us pictures throughout the process which I found to be helpful. I couldn't ask for a better team of roofers! I will definitely be reaching out to them in the future regarding gutter cleaning and re-caulking when the time comes. Thanks guys!
Ken provided a reasonable quote to replace shingles on a part of my roof along with the replacement of a flat roof. The team showed up on the arranged day and time and worked all day to complete the job, but with the daylight time change, they ran out of daylight. They returned the next day to complete the job, just as they had promised. I received numerous pictures of the work that was completed and I am very satisfied. The site was left spotless both days they were at my home. They even swept my driveway with the magnetic rake and double checked it with a flashlight to check for nails to avoid a flat in my tires. The team was very professional and worked well together. Bring on the winter because now I’m ready for it. TW ***A few days ago, my contractor discovered a leak on my flat roof around the stack/chimney. When I called Ken to come and take a look at it, he came over and fixed this.
