He came out to assess some nagging small leaks that were tricky, and could have been the result of multiple sources of leaks due to multiple roofs, vents and conditions. After his diagnosis, we agreed on a price and he came and fixed them and walked me through what he found and future potential problems. He clearly knows his stuff and was great to work with. Upgrading our outside electrical connection left a gash in our vinyl siding. Perry was here the very next day I contacted him. He and his helper did a great repair job at a very reasonable price and also fixed missing panelling underneath the siding (which I hadn't realized needed repair.) Thanks so much Perry and AJ!
I had eavestroughs installed last fall and was very happy with the service that Assured Quality Roofing provided. The team was timely, happily addressed any of my concerns and interacting with them was a pleasure. The eavestroughs looked great, worked well and the price was good. The true testament to the service was this summer - almost a year later - when I noticed a leak in one of the corners. I contacted Perry and he immediately responded that they would come round to fix the situation when they had an opportunity. Not many days later, Perry and AJ came by and made the fix. Perry and his team were at my house within hrs of chatting with him on the phone. He was very uofront about the cost + no hidden charge + very quick to get the work done, without compromising in quality of work. He is reasonable in the charge and did a fantastic job clearing the gutter in my 2 storey detached home in Pickering. LOOK ELSEWHERE. HIRE SOMEONE ELSE! Suffice to say, the service provided by this company is so far below any possible industry standard, that it would be difficult to explain. They are unprofessional, unreliable, overpriced for the type of work that they do, and dealing with the "boss" (term is being used EXTREMELY loosely), is nothing short of a futile and tedious endeavor. Every promise made was broken. Every word given was not honored. And ultimately, about as shady and dishonest a contractor as you could possibly come across. Bottom line: if you don't want undue stress while renovating, if you want quality work, if you want value for your money, and you want to see a successful job being done at your home, then LOOK ELSEWHERE. PERIOD. How sad.
