We were quite impressed with Integrity roofers. Once I submitted the form online, someone got in touch with me within few hours to schedule a free estimate. The estimator came to our home to check on our flat roof that was leaking and was very prepared. He actually went up the ladder and checked it out and pin pointed the issue. Then I got a reasonable and competitive quote. They scheduled us very quickly to get the job done. The workers did an amazing job. They were working the whole day without a break in the VERY cold weather. Once they finished, they cleaned up well and took away the old stuff. The process from start to finish was smooth and I can say after the recent rain, we did not have any more leaks. I would recommend them again in a heartbeat.

After noticing a leak in the ceiling I called Shay at Integrity Roofers and they were able to send someone within a few hours. The technician arrived on time, quickly found the source of the leak and repaired it right away. He explained the issue and the repair to me and kept me in the loop throughout. Overall a very positive experience!

I am very disappointed and upsad by this company's costumer service attitude. They came to my house two and half weeks ago and waisted 1 hour of my life to go everywhere and check to give me a quote for changing of my whole roof ( my house is only 7 years old but the roof is part of a defected IKO shingles that has cracked). Since then I haven't heard from them. I called three times to their office and asked to talk to a manager as this company was referred to us by one of our friends and I really wanted to give them a chance but every time I called I was told that someone will get back to me and they don't know what happen as they can see there quete sitting in the system. I checked my emailed every time and they had the right email address!My roof will probably coasts 20,000 and up to change and it is very disappointing that if they don't want to take the business at least be professional enough to call me and let me know.....very very disappointed. If this is how they do at this start of the job imagine how they could his do if I ever have to call them for warrantee or any help after the job is done!?April 23, after having a conversation with the owner of the company Shey. I found out the sales persona father came to an emergency and that is why my house and estimate feel through a crack. Shey came himself and gave me an estimate. I am not sure yet to use them or not but I will update you of the situation either ways
