The staff was very friendly and polite and deserve a 5 star rating. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality of the fish. The haddock tasted like packaged fish from a grocery store's frozen items section.
Very satisfied with my experience. The front end staff were both friendly and courteous. My food was prepared very fast. It was a delicious meal. The only criticism I have is the price. It was a little expensive.
Fresh and tasty seafood with generous portions! The lobster roll and grilled mahi mahi fish were delicious and my favorite. Service was quick even during busy hours. Great experience overall—definitely worth a every buck.
Had the worse experience at this location. Ordered my meal and found cockroaches in it. It was so disgusting and when I spoke to the supervisor/manager he didn’t even apologize and replied “it happens at fast food places” would definitely not recommend this place.
Food is great! It's just that the pricing is a little on the high end. Inflation is a ho3. The atmosphere is rated lower only because this is inside the basement and it's got the mall food court vibes. Which is not this restaurant's fault.
Overpriced garbage plus there is rude young man working there he's the owners son he has a nasty attidue and evne worse ego.Go to the buster sea cove at front street or st Lawrence market much better services.
Quality seemed to have gone downhill. I used to like this place but last time I was very disappointed with my order. The fish was dry and out seems to be spoiled. And the fries was disgusting. The wait time was too long.
