Extremely questionable business practices at this shop. I requested for a price match. For one racquet they forced me take stringing services which are costly than thier competitors. Second time they suggested that product is on hold for a customer while it is still showing on their website afterthought days. What do you guys think that you can suggest any random story and customer will trust you. Ridiculous, stay away.
Super happy with the service provided by the team at ATR Sports. It was my first time shopping there and they were very knowledgeable which put me at ease that I was getting set up appropriately with my new racquet. Their stringing service was quick and they even stayed behind a little bit after close to finish up since I got there late. Can’t wait for my next session to try it out! Thanks again ATR Sports!
Needed a new pickleball racket to replace my very first one I learned to play. Staff gave me very good insight into pickleball racket tech that does't seem to make it in promotion brand descriptions. I explained my style of play, and was given 2 great options that I could take out as a loaner. I ended up buying the first recommendation, and am very pleased with the way it improved my intermediate game.
Excellent customer service and pricing. They have a wide array of products for all racquet sports. Would highly recommend for all your racquet sports needs.
I have to commend John of ATR Sports who spent considerable time with me reviewing my need for a Head Racquet and especially recommending and adjusting the grip size. John was professional, courteous and responded in a very timely to my questions as I'm based in Vancouver. This is the second time I have purchased a racquet from them and will always use ATR for my future racquet needs. Thank you John!
Dec. 4 2025 - ATR Review Update: Wishing to support a local business, I recently bought a racquet from ATR. Disappointingly, the racquet took one week to arrive. As part of a series of order status conversations via telephone, I was threatened with fictitious blackmail, litigation & physical violence by ATR employee John B. regarding a review that has since been deleted. As part of the conversation, John childishly challenged me to a tennis match to prove his bravado. Fortunately, I've recorded the entire conversation for my records. Sadly, when shop owner Mo' dropped-off my new racquet, Mo' confirmed that he heard THE telephone call with John, and, Mo' did not apologize. Instead, Mo' tried further to coerce me into changing my review. Mo' seems to condone John's behaviour. Obviously, I don't recommend ATR.
**NEW UPDATE: I recently went to atr again to purchase and restring my a new badminton racket, they not only did an amazing job, but they did it for me on the spot (same day) for not extra charge and they helped out with picking the colour of the string and overgrip and they absolutely killed it. VERY VERY happy with their service, huge thanks to John for restringing my racket in abourt 25-30 minutes. Will definetly return to restring my other two rackets + my tennis rackets. -------------------- Awesome place. I ordered a new babolat pure drive team sunday 10pm. And I didn't want to wait so I texted them through their delivery package tracking app and was ae to pick it up the very next day. They were really nice and understanding and wonderfull customer service.
