The edge on my Jones snowboard was coming apart, so I brought in to Northline. Mac in service, concluded that it may not be repairable, so he suggested that Jones may offer a solution. Mac guided the warranty process with Jones and was highly engaged. I got my board replaced! Thanks for the great service Mac!

Outstanding service!! I just ordered a full wing foil kit and wet suit. Mac was awesome, super patient and answered tons questions, giving me the technical details I needed to make the best decision. Mac made the whole purchase a great and fun experience, and an awesome start to getting into a new sport. Friendly staff who are willing to go above and beyond. Helped with mailing my skis to Alberta so they would arrive for a ski trip on time. Quick to respond to emails and very easy to deal with. Would highly recommend to anyone!
