These days it's really rewarding to find young professionals/individuals with such amazing Customers service. Was showing 14 of the new Jays ALCS hats in stock, had 20 people line up out front for 20+ mins but failed to tell us they didn’t even have the item we all lined up for and then went on to tell us that they would be on the floor in 1-3 days, and most likely not even today.
So as a person who works retail I get mistakes happen. However, I drove from St Catharines for the purpose of purchasing a Jays World Series dugout hoodie which I was told by Monica at 12:30pm was in stock and in her hand and would have it on hold for me until 8pm. This was in part due to my order being cancelled that I placed Oct 23 by Sport Chek earlier and was instructed to call that store to check for inventory. When I arrived this evening I was told they weren’t in stock or had anything on hold. Monica was actually the till beside the cashier I was speaking too and would not own up to the phone call I made and kept covering up her name tag. I wouldn’t have even wrote this if Monica had just owned the mistake but she refused. Andrew the AM was great and offered what he could but I totally understand there’s nothing much he could’ve done. It just sucks.
Matthew and Anthony are amazing and always give me exceptional service whenever I come in. They always are super friendly and always give the best service. I highly recommend seeing these two for getting jerseys done!
Davis is amazing!!! He went over and above for me today and gave exceptional customer service. He was highly knowledgeable, super polite and patient with my search. I am very appreciative of his support and the time he took to find me what I was looking for. Highly recommend the staff at this location. Shout out to Alex (manager) too!!!!
i have never in my LIFE have dealt with better customer service, SPECIFICALLY with Sarah.. she went the extra mile to help me find a product ive been desperately looking for while being SO PATIENT and sweet. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers, I will strictly be using this location going forward, sarah you are absolutely phenomenal thank you again you made my day<3
Recently visited this sports goods store and was quite impressed. The location is convenient, and they have a wide variety of products, especially those certified by the Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Raptors. The store is clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus. The only downside is that some items can be slightly on the expensive side. Overall, it's a great place for sports enthusiasts.
