I went for my visit here for physiotherapy and it was really great experience. I filled out the form online in their website for appointment and within 2 hours their staff reached out to schedule my appointment. The place is neat and clean, organized. The front staffs are amazing, friendly and helpful. There was no delay to see my physiotherapist. My physiotherapist Frances was amazing!!! She listened to my issues properly and asked questions. She helped me with some exercises on the spot and also provided guidance on what to do and what not to do. I am truly satisfied with her care. Thanks ?

I have been a patient of the Cleveland Clinic for over 30 years, under the care of Dr. Clairfield (when it was known as Sports Medicine Specialists). For a dislocated shoulder, ACL repair, back pain and this time, tendonopathy in the shoulder/neck. Michael Thornton has been my physiotherapist for this injury. He is a great communicator and has done remarkable rehab and recovery therapy, including cupping and electric needling treatment, that helped me regain a full range of motion, long-lasting pain relief, and great strength-building exercises. I am back to tennis and all other sports. Thanks Michael!

I had the worst experience imaginable with Dr Niu at this clinic at the end of May. To make a long story short, he was to have his team determine if a pain clinic close to my home administered cortisone injections while I sat in the waiting room. I called said clinic and discovered in 60 seconds that they did indeed offer spinal cortisone injections. Dr. NIU forgot about me to the best of my knowledge because I eventually left and there was no referral email made to me. I have subsequently reported this matter to the patient relations as well as the Ombudsman 4 days ago and they responded with a message they would get back to me which is hardly satisfactory.
I have an "overuse injury to my radial fascia" from playing tennis several times a week. I needed a wrist brace that was fitted properly to me (as opposed to a generic one off Amazon). Ben in the Sports store was able to talk to me about my injury and find the perfect wrist brace for my hand size and needs. I wore it right away for my drive home and already feel better!
