Melanie is a superb physiotherapist who has helped with my pain and regain some range of motion……and then Jennifer Costa, registered massage therapist, kicked it up a notch! She has been amazing in treating my neck, shoulders and back!

My 10 year old daughter who dances competitively had her first appointment today with Danna at Strive. She loved it and is looking forward to her upcoming appointments, to keep her body conditioned for her dance season.

Going here was a complete waste of time. Owner Melanie did absolutely nothing to help fix my shoulder posture.she lacked the intelligence and critical thinking skills needed to help fix my shoulder posture and furthermore lacked the professionalism, integrity and honesty to tell me she didn’t know how to help me, instead she had me waste thousands of dollars in physiotherapy. Going here was a waste of my time and money and I felt conned in the end like I was used just to increase her business’ revenue. I do not recommend going if your issues are chronic like mine were.
